The narrower multi-slot design and the progressive angle at which the slots are machined creates a quiet running sport rotor that still has the benefits of removing gas, dirt, water and debris and maintaining parallel pad wear. However please note: the trick is to opt for a matched set of brakes and not to just expect a slotted rotor to improve braking on its own. When used with higher friction EBC Redstuff, Greenstuff or Yellowstuff brake pads, these rotors will deliver a better braking performance. EBC Redstuff Ceramic Brake Pads are a mid-level street upgrade for higher powered and heavier hatchbacks, saloons and estates up to around 250BHP. They do however have a harder compound and therefore take longer to fully bed in to achieve their highest levels of performance (can be up to 1000 miles urban use) EBC Brakes is proud to bring you with this new EBC Redstuff blend what is probably a world first in a pad that is almost dust free yet delivers performance braking.
